Class Recipe Book

Hey Young Marrieds,
Brooke has taken the initiative to solicit recipes for a Young Married's Cookbook. Below is her request for information:
There has been more interest in compiling a recipe book from everyone in our class. Although no one cooks quite like Mom, this is a way for us to try. We would need a minimum of 150 recipes to make the book worth while. We need recipes from all different categories, desserts, main dishes, salads, dips & appetizers, breakfast foods, etc. So go through your recipes, beg your mom for hers, find ones you've tweaked to your liking, or ones you invented when there was just "nothing to eat." Whatever you send, just email me a ton of recipes. The more recipes, the better the book. Also, if there is a story that goes along with the recipe or it's a sacred family recipe dating back to the Mayflower, please write that on the bottom. Our heritage is so important.
Also, let me know if you're more interested in a hard cover book or if I should put them on CD, so you can print them up and tweak them as you see fit. And let me know if you really couldn't care less about this project. If there is anyone I left off the list, please let me know so I can inform them.

Thank you Brooke for putting this together! it is a great idea.
Any one out there, I could really use a good scallop potato recipe.
